Individual Development Planning
Individual Development Plans (IDPs) are a common way for graduate students to organize their approach to professional development activities. Using online resources and in consultation with their supervisors or other mentors, graduate students can identify goals and make plans for how to meet those goals. At CGPD, we introduce graduate students and supervisors to the idea of IDPs (what they are and how they work).
